Really something that a songwriter and a former state bureaucrat are on the same page when it comes to educating our kids right! Your two recent posts quote each. Yes, we want our kids to think creatively in areas like math and science. Maybe we should have someone from the arts community head up the state education establishment, then see what happens.

So now that we all agree with the video, what do we do to change the minds of our officials who are only private school educated? We need to stand up for ourselves and our peers. Together we are one large amount of people.

Great facts sung factually. Thanks Chapin, this was rejuvenating after a day of futile “Blue Ribbons” and leaving more children behind.
